Excellent help this morning. Many people go to pharmacies because of a disability, mine being my command of the Italian language. Ridiculously expensive.

I took a medicine for my partner who had booked it (doctor but unable to go to the pharmacy), a vaccine to be exact, which had to be at a temperature between 2 and 8 degrees. I trusted it but then once I got home I thought about the fact that the box wasn't cold at all but in my opinion at room temperature, in all this they didn't give me anything to maintain the temperature despite communicating that it took 30 minutes to arrive At home. In the end, not sure of the effectiveness, we took the drug in a second pharmacy in the Piazza Igea area, the temperature of the box was cold and what's more they gave us a refrigerated bag for transport. Absolutely rude and rude staff

Just because they find themselves in a monopoly situation, being the only pharmacy near the hospital, they think they can afford everything. Also treating customers rudely. Another shameful thing: there are no prices for the products on the shelves. Which is UNACCEPTABLE. I was told, after asking, that a certain product was €2.89 and when I went to the checkout I was asked for €3.99 instead of €2.89. I paid without any problems, but I will never go back. Quite an unfortunate situation. We need education and respect first of all.
