We were recommended by Marriot Central Park Hotel to use this pharmacy for a Covid test the evening before our trip. At using the swab the pharmacist or pharmacy worker was very rough to my husband and he complained. Immediately after, he inserted the swab in my nostril in such a careless manner that I screamed in pain and asked to be gentle. The same happened to the other side, I screamed again. By his demeanor we observed that he was very angry at our complain, not even five minutes passed when he told my husband he was positive. Immediately after without waiting for the result he said I was also positive. I asked him to show me the test device , but he threw it in the garbage without looking at it. He was so angry and rude he didn't allowed us to get back into the pharmacy and handed the negative result. We went to another pharmacy the same evening , we tested negative. We were able to take our connecting flight to Lisbon , the flight was delayed for more than 24 hours , thus we had to take another test, the result was negative. We were able to arrive to USA and again we took two tests the results were negative. In our opinion and observation , this worker acted out of spite. the report shows a hard to read signature and a code 300 522. Customers Be Aware!!

Rude and arrogant staff. Second time I’ve been in and a similar experience. You expect help in these places, not some upstart barely out of diapers telling you off, even after explaining you don’t speak the language too well and need some simple advice. Plenty others in the same area. I’ll use them from now on. Owner posted a pathetic apology. Should spend more time training his staff in courtesy and respect instead of apologising.

I was able to get a Covid-19 test here with the document need to fly home. They also had home testing kits and Masks for sale. The pharmacist was helpful buthis English was limited.

Friendly and polite staff. They do offer 24 hours rhythm holter and covid 19 test.

I have been their customer for years and I can only recommend this pharmacy. The pharmacists are all very kind, always jovial and available to help you if you are in difficulty. They are well stocked and also have their own line of products which allows you to have the same item but at much lower prices. They also carry out numerous services, such as Covid tests and vaccinations. Now, then, there is also the aesthetic cabin so I can say that they really have everything!
