My experience: life-saving drug that I use regularly. I show up at the pharmacy with a medical prescription, the pharmacist asks me: "do you want the original?" I answer yes. "Wait, I'll see if he's there." Check on the computer "Yes, there is". He goes to get it, it's exactly what I use, I recognize the box. Oops, he says to me: "do you want the box of 56 tablets?" "Yes" (exactly the one he has in his hand), "Ah, that's not there" and hastily puts the package back in the cupboard. "As it's not there, he just checked and then it's the one he had in his hand." "No, it's not there, I have the one with 14 pills" - "oh well - I reply - okay, give me that one". "No - he replies - you have to go back to the doctor and have the prescription redone for the pack of 14 tablets" - Oh well, I still have a few tablets at home. I therefore ask if they will order me the package indicated in the recipe. I'll pick them up another day. "No, we can't order them because they no longer supply them in this area" - "Possible? Then you have the packages, you checked the recipe and you also took them. If they are reserved for goodness' sake, I only ask that you try to order them". Nothing. I go to another pharmacy: one box available (of 56), another booked and it arrives the next day. I return to Gentile (which only has the name "Gentile") to say that other suppliers also deliver in this area and they attack me simply to cover up their absolute unfairness towards me. I add the last incorrectness since it is not the first. COMPLIMENTS.

I find it to be a very efficient pharmacy and very kind and competent staff. If you want my advice, instead of slandering, it's quicker to change the pharmacy, it's quicker to criticize but it's not very elegant.

This evening I had a small emergency and on the phone I was treated with old-fashioned kindness and courtesy, currently it is not so easy to find such availability. A heartfelt thank you to the pharmacist who replied. The medicine was delivered to me. Thanks again

Gianni and Pietro....when together with the Doctor lives the person with a big heart with a willingness and understanding that is difficult to find today. Confirmation of what my partner's family has always supported. Professionalism is guaranteed but I had much more....and it wasn't for sale at the counter. Thank you and you know...with love Debora.
