I feel very comfortable in this pharmacy: competent, kind and professional. Dr. Giancarla and Sabrina always know how to advise for the best. In particular, Dr. Giancarla always has some gems both in the homeopathy and perfumery range. For me, being vegan and looking for natural products, a real point of reference. The same thing goes for my mother who treated an infection from our kitten's scratch better than a doctor. We are very satisfied, highly recommended!

Sympathy, courtesy, efficiency and competence are characteristics that I have found over the years. Lots of humanity even in extreme situations such as oxygen for the mother after hours. A personal tribute to the doctor for his extreme kindness and helpfulness... a rare gift! Often professional qualification and humility do not go together.

I went a few minutes ago to ask for a thermometer for my son, when asked why they open at 4pm while Google says 3.30pm I was answered by shouting: "listen kid, we don't manage the times on Google" , SLAMMING HIS HAND LIKE A CRAZY ONE ON THE TABLE WITH THE OPENING HOURS. The boy here is the owner of a shop and knows perfectly well that it is the managers who update the timetables like everyone else. And we're talking about a pharmacy. Absurd LIARS OR UNINFORMED BUT ABOVE ALL RUDE!! Do yourself a favor and don't set foot there.

Kind and very diligent in finding the drugs ordered. Never had faster service from a pharmacy!
