Yesterday I received the communication to show up at the hospital next Monday to have a biopsy, knowing the time of the biopsy, 12.00, I went to the pharmacy to take a Covid swab at 12.40, the swab is valid for 48 hours , so it was necessary to do it at that time so that it still had validity for the time of the biopsy. The young pharmacist, who had now become arrogant, said it was late... he said there was no time to do the swab... I left thanking those present for their availability. I have always been a customer of this pharmacy, my parents before me, always treated well with availability and kindness by the doctor. Mario but with his son it's a different story... I don't know if I will continue to go to this pharmacy in the future, but if I were to return, I will certainly no longer turn to the "arrogant". Immediately afterwards I went to another pharmacy, entered at 12.55pm, asked to take a Covid swab, went to the cashier, went to another room, took a swab, received a certificate, left at 1.04pm. . all this in 9 minutes. Judge for yourself!

Giving one star is unfortunately mandatory, I was verbally insulted by the pharmacist over the phone. Yesterday I went to the pharmacy to book the vaccine for February but the pharmacist told me it wasn't possible. Today a doctor I know with whom I was talking about the date of my vaccine advised me to do it at the end of January and not to wait until February as the 4 months of practice will pass. So I called the pharmacy to book the vaccine for the 27th and I was trying to explain my change of date, telling who had made me change my mind. The pharmacist, as well as the owner's son, immediately interrupted me with a nervous look and not letting me finish my speech. I therefore asked them to complete my speech, I was just trying to ask to book the vaccine, I didn't want any favors or recommendations😱, but just to explain why I had changed my mind from one day to the next. Do you know what he said to me with an unpleasant expression and an aggressive tone “don't overheat!!! and stay calm!!!”. I didn't say anything, I was calm but annoyed by his talking over me and he also allowed himself, not only in a rude way, to interrupt me but to offend me! I have never seen or heard a clerk, a pharmacist or in any case someone who interfaces with the public, treat their customer like this. I also work for the public and never and I mean never have I treated one of my clients like this, on the contrary!!!. I will never go back to this pharmacy again and in some way I would appreciate his apology because he was very rude! Perhaps his recommendations made him go to his head a little too much.
