Excellent & cooperative staff
Terrible pharmacy, rude and aggressive, shame on you! I had an emergency during the night and I called the medical guard who suggested 2-3 drugs to use both in white prescription and with a medical prescription... the medical guard also told me that the pharmacies should give me these drugs without problems, to the point of contacting him... I then arrive at the Giovanetti Pharmacy which is open on duty. I need a gentleman who, as soon as I explain what I need, interrupts me in a grumpy way and attacks me that they are prescription drugs and I can't buy them.. After a brief exchange I ask him to at least listen to what the medical guard told me... Nothing to do, start again with the filipino... finally, I changed pharmacy and I didn't have any problems, I was given the drugs I asked for without difficulty as the doctor told me
I needed an elastic knee brace and by pure chance I came across this pharmacy. I was followed by a middle-aged doctor of unique kindness. I was struck by the fact that it is an increasingly rare commodity to find in commercial establishments. I was also well advised on supplements to take. If I have the chance I will gladly go back.
Very bad. I send my husband to buy a drug for nausea that I have always been happy with (priced at €5) and he comes back with a drug recommended (priced at €25) by a certain Dr. Domenico or Michele for heartburn . Besides not having worked (because I know I'm happy with what my husband asked for) and having made me spend €20 more, it was given at closing time so now I have to go look for a pharmacy on duty and spend more money and pay the overcharge tax that the pharmacies charge because Dr. Domenico or Michele wanted to be clever. This isn't helping the customer to make them feel better, this is taking advantage of them. First and last time we will come there.
It is a pharmacy that is too "fiscal" compared to the others in Vicenza. See if it's an advantage or a flaw. However, it is inconvenient to get there and park the car. In my opinion, the staff lacks smiles, which in these times does not harm either the health or the mood of the customers.
