BAD yesterday, after half an hour of queuing, I showed the prescription for some drugs which required a 3 pack. I was told that it was not available and that they only had the 1 pack. I confirmed that it was fine and I was told that they couldn't give it to me because they would only do me a favor. I go to another pharmacy in the area and they tell me that the Monastier colleagues have BLOCKED THE PRESCRIPTION. -shameful -rude -arrogant attitude like doctors who aren't even!! I will never go back there again

Bought a pregnancy test for my partner, I opened the box and discovered that it had already been used, the wrapper opened with both tests used! I didn't expect this from a pharmacy. Disgust!

After a queue of more than half an hour, another 5 minutes waiting at the counter for a phone call to finish very calmly, a lady serves us with a lot of arrogance and incorrect tones. We expect a bit of friendliness and kindness but after today's episode we certainly don't have the desire to go back. Furthermore, the prices were also absurd unlike other pharmacies in the area.
