Thieves. I asked for a pack of their choice of artificial tears and they gave me one that cost €24 (for just 10ml): when a person doesn't know the drug they can't be cheated in this way (the same drops on the internet cost only €17 , but there are many others for €5). I don't think it's right that you make customers pay by not showing the debit card (I would never have spent €35 for two things) and that you communicate the price in a low voice with the mask on (where I can't read the name, sincerely, I was convinced I heard €25).
