AWESOME experience! The attitude of the operator on duty on 25/12 night was shameful as he refused to sell a bottle of physiological water in response to a prescription issued by the emergency room for a newborn baby girl. We are talking about a physiological solution for nasal washes and aerosols which was denied to us as it was reported that a medical or emergency medical prescription was needed. Obviously we made the purchase at another pharmacy that didn't do it at all same request. Considering the service and the lack of kindness, I will never go to this pharmacy again. Totally incompetent! I strongly advise against everyone
