I took my 9 year old daughter to get swabbed today. The lady who did it allowed herself to tug my daughter as she hesitated to have the swab inserted into her nose. My daughter was sitting on the chair, the lady (blonde) nervously grabbed her by the jacket, also carelessly grabbing her hair too and pulled her up to her feet. I'm still shocked by what happened, these kinds of people shouldn't work with the public. He deserves a nice sacking!
