My family and my parents' family have always been customers of this local pharmacy: over the years we have spent several thousand euros (if not dozens!). I had to rent an oxygen tank: they asked me for a deposit of €200.00: sure, that's right, I paid it without batting an eyelid. Then they asked me for my telephone number: of course, that's right, I would have also left my documents if they had asked me. But the reason with which the request was accompanied is shocking: "if by chance he were to delay returning it". But how dare you assume that I will delay delivery beyond the deadline?!?! Just ask me for my phone number and keep the motivation to yourself, don't expose it in front of a shop full of people! Your justification for my kind note? "Many delay." Definitely, but why do you have to assume that I could do it too? Presumptuous and not very empathetic towards those who urgently need to undergo therapy for their dying old father. And not very smart, because they lost thousands of euros in turnover.

When you find yourself in need in a foreign country and especially without speaking the language, then you understand how difficult it is to get along. But at the Monte Rosa pharmacy, everything was easy, quick and simple. Thank you!

The owner, Carlo Antonioli, is terrible, zero sensitivity, humanity, humility, the worst that can happen to you, not recommended on 4 October 2022, in order to access a work project, I am asked for a quick swab, unfortunately for me I enter this pharmacy to take the test, I got a "slightly positive" result, he tells me! what does it mean? I also see the test myself and I don't find anything abnormal, what it says seems really unlikely, so it reports me as positive, I'm fine and there are no symptoms so I immediately repeat the swab in another pharmacy nearby and after half an hour I return with negative results. According to the protocol, the first rapid swab reported positive is valid, 5 days of quarantine, absurd, I then return to ask for a repeat of the test but absolutely nothing can be done for him, I am positive and therefore I lose the job for which I showed up to do the test, I write an email to the local health authority and they book me a molecular swab at the San Paolo hospital for the following day and obviously the result is negative. It has caused me very serious damage, a true abuse of power, why not allow me to repeat the test swab?

Unprepared and rude pharmacists. They wanted to make me pay for medicines that had been prescribed to me with a completely free Code, claiming that since I was from another Region, this Code was not recognized!!!!! The same prescriptions, otherwise life-saving, were accepted without any expense at another pharmacy where I found competence and courtesy. I wouldn't go back to Farmacia Monterosa even to buy a callifuge.
