Avoid this place. In 500mt there is another farmacy. There is always a long queue since there only one clerk at the counter. Most of the times you have to go twice because they don't have the required medicine and you have to order (long queue twice). During COVID they were serving people without respecting the social distances!!!

Not all the staff are friendly with foreign. If you are not Italian they ask you bring the prescription even for an allergy medicine!! And even with prescription with your name and details they always asked me 1000 questions, they try to understand that you didn't steal it from someone, INTELLIGENTS!!

They hung up the phone on you when you're asking for something so rude

This is a review for the company rather than the pharmacy. I have been a regular customer for years now and apart from the usual 2-3 pharmacists who are always there. I went to the pharmacy last Friday, there was a girl I had obviously never seen before with bob hair and no manners, overbearing, rude, who shouted at customers, just a rude person. He wouldn't let me talk and always shushed me. In conclusion I left without buying anything. I then returned later and found the usual staff who apologized for the attitude of that doctor if you can call it that. They obviously treated me as always and took care of me with all their advice well appreciated. Please: be careful who you select. I know you are a company but inform yourself before choosing staff. Don't ruin my trusted pharmacy with these characters. They are really amazing, they are a nice united team and I like the understanding they have. It really pains me to do this review and give one star.

I enter this pharmacy, there was no other customer except me and two pharmacists at the counter. I waited for someone to nod to me (at least to say hello and tell me to wait a second, the minimum of politeness if you work with the public) but, while I was at the counter in front of the two of them waiting, one of the two pharmacists started talking. answer the phone and the other goes to the back. I stood there at the counter, completely ignored, even though I was the only customer. Unfortunately this isn't the first time this has happened to me. Excellent welcome and service... congratulations👌
