I'm giving 1 star because I can't give less!!!! I show up at the pharmacy saying I need to take a strep test because I have sore throat. The person who served me told me to wait until someone would arrive to do it for me. After 5 minutes a pharmacist arrives and asks me for a health card, makes me pay "so we're good" and makes me sit in the closet, where he makes me sit down and we start talking. While talking he asks me why I want to take a swab and I tell him that I usually get plaques in my throat and I immediately start antibiotics, but since I don't have plaques but I have a terrible sore throat that doesn't go away even with pills, I want to understand if it is viral to start antibiotics. The pharmacist arrives with the stick, I open my mouth and he tells me that it is done in the nose.....since it is not my job, and I would never allow myself to say something not knowing the procedures, I have the sample taken and I I sit outside waiting for the outcome. The pharmacist comes out and gives me the Covid swab sheet!!!!!!!!! that is, I ask for a strep swab and they give me a Covid swab......but talk to each other and listen to the customer's needs!!????? listening is now forgotten!!!!!! professionalism equal to 0, only good at cashing in!!!!!!!! I also have a business, but the first thing I ask both of myself and my collaborators is to listen to what the customer asks for and what needs he has, not to sell him something even if he doesn't need it!!!!! I will definitely never set foot in this pharmacy again and I will definitely not recommend it to my acquaintances/customers either!!!!!!!

I bought a thermometer that obviously didn't work, I called, I came to change it, there was no way. I felt cheated. I won't be coming back again. (And your answer is even more of a joke!!!)

The owners Dr. Rinaldi and Dr. Romanini supply the pharmacy with all types of quality products, but always at the right prices. I will definitely return to my favorite pharmacy when I need it, because the Doctors solve every type of medical problem with their experience and skill. Thank you
