I had to take 2 swabs and I needed the invoice because the company paid me for them... He didn't want to give me the invoice, he was very rude, arrogant, he said he could only get a receipt, he proposed €20 instead of €30 though with receipt, I obviously refused.. after discussing it he asked me for the data and 40 seconds later he says that he will give it to us free of charge.. Now I wait 20 minutes because I need the sheet with the printed result, here it is.. I strongly advise against it unless you don't have anger to unload and send it to hell

The pharmacists and the whole team are extremely professional and kind, they always manage to give excellent advice and find solutions for any type of difficulty. The Gries pharmacy is absolutely the best in Bolzano!

I go to this pharmacy because it is the closest to home, reluctantly digesting the cold manner, which borders on rudeness, of the German-speaking lady. Since yesterday, however, the measure has been full: I ask for some tachypirin, for a terrible headache that has been tormenting me for days, and if it is possible to measure my blood pressure. The denial and above all the way in which the pharmacist addressed me, had nothing professional or empathetic about it.
