Extremely rude and unprofessional, we were in Napoli for 5 days vacation and my Daughter got very sick she spent the whole night vomiting, i was very thankful to find an open Pharmacy but unfortunately the pharmacist almost shouted at me when i asked him if he speaks English and left me, i tried to show him that i need a medicine for my Daughter but he ignored me and went , i believe he said that he doesn’t have the medicine but in a completely rude manner and
I was able to speak to a female pharmacist that spoke English. Very grateful for the professional service offered here.
Do not order online, poor service, order hasn't been delivered, faulty internal data system.
Open on New Year's Day. Friendly pharmacist. Spoke English and happily assisted me get headache meds.
Very bad experience. The doctor with glasses and dark hair should learn education and the meaning of the words tact, empathy and humanity. I will never go there again. You have people in front of you, not wallets
