Refused a refund of an unused and unopened shoe insole 2 days after i bought it because it was the wrong size. Claimed "he's already paid the tax". Absolutely refused to refund despite it being allowed under Italian consumer rights. Absolute con man.
15 Euro rapid covid tests daily 9-5pm, result certificate in Italian, pharmacist spoke good English. Overall great place to get tested before your flight home. No appointments needed just walk in and take a number.

Bad service, small portions and the food took ages to prepare. 5 people ate, 2 got the food after 10 min, 3 after 45!
