Kindness, professionalism, competence, smile, offer a service to the public that is more unique than rare.
Untrained staff, arrogant and unpleasant, I went there for convenience but rather I travel 15 km. They think that you buy anyway because you need medicines but since it is full of pharmacies I will go somewhere else with great pleasure. In addition to not being supplied, they try to give you the most expensive product. They don't even deserve one star.
When I saw a newly opened pharmacy in the Grotta Rossa area, I thought oh!! Who knows, will he have customers? Well, day after day I saw that the two young pharmacists not only have customers but follow them with the fervor of a friendly doctor who advises you, takes care of you and treats them with unusual attention and affection, I would say reciprocated with warmth and trust. If you need COVID swabs you can get them without booking for €15
I called at closing and they waited for me to arrive! Among other things, one of the few that closes at 1pm!! Super kind
