Fantozzian experience to say the least. On a signed post-operative medical prescription from the same hospital where I underwent surgery, of the drug TACHIDOL sachets (painkiller), a young pharmacist, with dark curly hair, denies me the purchase because, according to her, TACHIDOL requires a prescription of the attending physician. Surprised by this statement and in order not to create discussions with those who do not want to be right, I called my doctor who, for the purchase of TACHIDOL, gave me the same prescription on white paper as was given to me in the hospital, therefore A DUPLICATE and not recipe. My final opinion is absolutely negative. Whoever is responsible should draw their own conclusions.

Ridiculous pharmacy and to be avoided like the plague. I'll tell you about my experience, I ask for a box of Brufen400 for my daughter. I arrive home and find the analgesics paid 3 times as much with only 12 pcs (I hadn't noticed the cost because there were other purchases on the bill) so we call immediately to exchange the following day and he tells me that the prescription is needed . To which I remain in disbelief but nevertheless I have it prepared by the doctor who is also in disbelief 🫣🫣. The next day I show up at the pharmacy and he doesn't want to change them but let me make a new purchase. At this point, a very nice person makes me talk to the manager who immediately orders to make the change without batting an eyelid... believe me they just want to sell products to fatten their pockets as well as from the other reviews read. Avoid and change pharmacy for advice.

Very professional, helpful, kind in trying to resolve a problem that occurred while we were here on holiday. Thank you again

They didn't want to give me a drug that I needed urgently with the excuse that I needed the prescription. In reality they didn't have it and instead they gave it a supplement. I go to another pharmacy, they tell me that the prescription isn't needed and they give it to me. immediately. Now that's professionalism and attention towards the patient!

Bad experience with a prescription for which they made me rush to the doctor again for a supplement. For the same prescription, at another pharmacy, they had no problem. I don't doubt that the "piece of paper" was incomplete but, perhaps, with a little good will they could have helped me. The impression is that they care more about the bureaucratic aspect than about the health of their customers.
