My visit to this pharmacy was a disappointing experience that I would not recommend to anyone. As a non-Italian speaking customer I found the service unfriendly and unhelpful. When I tried to communicate in English, I was met with visible irritation and anger. Even when I indicated through a translation app that I did not speak Italian, the situation only escalated further, with the employee continuing in Italian in a raised tone. This was not only a lack of basic customer service, but also a barrier to accessing medical care. It has seriously affected my image of the country and my willingness to return there. Although Italy is a beautiful country, the people are truly terrible. There are countries in Europe where you can eat better, have a beautiful landscape, a better culture and where the people are just nice, such as France or Greece. We are not going back to that grave land. In short, if you don't speak Italian and are looking for a pharmacy that offers a basic level of customer service, I would strongly advise against this pharmacy.

Wonderful staff, always very helpful and kind

FIVE STARS ARE NOT ENOUGH Pharmacy always tidy, clean and very spacious. EVERYONE inside this pharmacy has the sole aim of making those who enter feel "GOOD", even if it seems like a play on words. Courtesy, kindness, professionalism but above all a smile which is often the best medicine that can exist, are always present. In addition to what concerns the actual pharmacy, many other services are offered here such as Covid19 swabs, diets with a nutritionist, blood pressure Holter, cardiac Holter, electrocardiogram, beauty booth, self-blood analysis, food intolerance tests, health equipment rental, free blood pressure measurement , lobe drilling. And if all this wasn't enough, a convenient App (both Android and Apple) is now available, which is truly useful for always having everything at hand.

THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT STAFF

Everyone is very professional, they always try to help their client if they can they advise you as best they can and if there are errors on the prescriptions they personally call the doctors to resolve the problem. What can I say for me I have never found such efficient pharmacies in my life and I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff.
