Rude and incompetent. I asked for a "galvanized bandage", they handed me a "plaster bandage". Upon my observation that they were not the same and were therefore not helpful to my cause, I was treated like an ignoramus and dismissed within seconds. I looked into it further and confirm that it was a waste of money; I went to another pharmacy to buy what I needed.
Well-stocked pharmacy, they also have a lot of expertise in supplements and offer an impeccable product sourcing service. Particular praise goes to Dr. Filomena: she is extremely competent, very expert in homeopathy, scrupulous, attentive, welcoming and thoughtful. He cares about people and always tries to find the best solution based on specific needs. He helped me and gave me support several times, solving various problems of different nature. I highly recommend her for any problem and especially for those looking for homeopathic solutions.
Well-stocked and always cutting-edge pharmacy, highly trained attentive and scrupulous staff, highly recommended. The Dr. Ssa Filomena is a luminary in every sector and so is Dr. Alessandra, Ilaria of the always efficient and kind staff, congratulations to everyone.
Given that everyone sells what they want, I would expect a little more professionalism from a pharmacy, but unfortunately they always recommend a homeopathic product (which is always decidedly expensive). It seems superfluous to me to note that these products have proven useless in the situation every time. In addition to having paid much more than a conventional product, I always found myself having to patch up the problem late by purchasing something else later. If you really care about homeopathy, open a herbalist's shop, because people don't have the time and money to waste with this freakish nonsense.
If I come and tell you that I feel bad you cannot give me supplements that are only valid as a legalized scam. I wonder how pharmacies are still allowed to sell these ineffective and expensive products. I don't find it ethical at all. EDIT ---> Below is the response to your comment: "You will certainly have found that the proposed solutions followed a careful investigation." Precisely because, as you state a few lines later, you don't have a magic wand it seems strange to me that "a careful investigation" was limited to a glance from the other side of the counter (you didn't measure my blood pressure, or even my temperature). Unfortunately, only after the purchase did I realize that I had taken supplements, para-pharmacy products, but I had a fever of almost 39°C. I mentioned the medicines that I usually take, but you told me that it was better to take another product, according to you I had no fever at that moment and therefore no paracetamol, better a nice ferment and a bit of fermented papaya: in your opinion those they would have cheered me up instantly (I needed it, I had to work... naive me who believed you!). And then, sorry, I find all this sarcasm out of place: start with "Hi Matteo, I'm sorry for the disservice." and end with "It may be that he was unlucky and certainly we too served her." (that's right, you even wrote "can" without an accent) Friendliness
