Very well organized and managed pharmacy, despite a notable influx of users, in a densely populated area. Courtesy and efficiency characterize the activity.
They are not professional, the pharmacist was rude in her language and manner, offending the customer. I actually should give zero stars! (With the exception of the department below where the lady is very kind!)
We bought a pack of capsule medications In the evening when we opened the box it was empty The next day I go back to the pharmacy to say that there was nothing in the box And they deny that it is impossible....they insist that it is impossible by questioning the customer's word I no longer go to them having been a customer for many years, I was disappointed and mortified by how the staff behaved......
