Very poor experience at this pharmacy. I ended up in Caltagirone unexpectedly, so do not speak fluent Italian. I needed a prescription for a sick family member and was sent to this pharmacy. The employee treated me deplorably to the point of mocking my young daughter and me directly in front of us. She mimicked us to another employee because we didn't speak as much Italian as she thought we should. As if we are stupid and didn't know what she was doing. Completely unprofessional. The pharmacist should have left her nationalist opinions at the door when she checked-in for work.

Clean and well organized place. The staff is trained, competent, fast, polite and helpful!

The pharmacy appears to be large, well stocked with products and helpful staff but they make fun of the prices, instead of discounting an item on the set price they increase by 10-15% saying that it is the price of the computer, that they themselves decide the price of own will, in the face of the crisis. Be careful whoever goes to this pharmacy, I don't recommend it to anyone. The same drug in another pharmacy in Catania €2.5 less and it is not true that the price is imposed

The new headquarters (located a few meters from the previous one) was a pleasant surprise for me. Equipped with the most modern standards of internal organisation, it is able to cope with a notable influx of customers at the same time, thanks also to the presence of so many staff. Perhaps in my opinion there is something to improve in the tact and uncertainty shown by a of the doctors at the counter, I'm sorry to write this but it's my feeling. Perfect for the needs of the new area of ​​the city..

Well-equipped and useful pharmacy for galenic preparations. Very good beautician Chiara, professional and kind, the biggest flaw is that during her treatments she is often disturbed by those in charge, creating stress during her work and not allowing a proper treatment. I was really disappointed by the ways used to manage a structure that is valid but not defined in detail.
