A group of thieves. In the evening, at 10.57pm I go to the machine outside the pharmacy and insert €9, it doesn't let me proceed with the purchase, I wait for the receipt to be printed, it doesn't even print the receipt, "fortunately" there was an employee (I deduce from the night) who was out there, who literally sees me next to me inserting these €9. He says to me "look, take the photo, come by tomorrow and we'll give you your money back". I just passed by, I speak directly to the manager, very arrogant tone, and she insists on not wanting to give me these €9 as the machine gave a maximum change of €2, she opens the machine in front of me, last visible banknote, a €5, which I had put it together with 2 other €2 coins. At a certain point he says "look, if you don't leave I won't even give you the €2". I believe I was as friendly and polite as possible, which she didn't do, showing herself to be completely rude, so much so that I said directly to the latter "look, contact your employee directly who was by my side at that moment" , the director comes out with "oh no, my phone is dead", she does nothing about the €7 (she gave it back to me as if to please me), but I advise the young lady with these €7 to buy a minimum of dignity and good manners, maybe there's even a little left over

But is this the pharmacy that was closed for fraud on the healthcare system about ten years ago?

An important pharmacy in the Chiaiano area of ​​Naples, it is characterized by a large quantity of pharmaceutical, parapharmaceutical and body care products. The structure is well organized and tidy, and the responsible staff is professional, friendly and always attentive to giving customers the best advice. Outside there is a rapid antigenic swab delivery service for Covid-19, in a special gazebo. All safety regulations are widely respected. The pharmacy ⚕ can be reached by car from Capodimonte or Colli Aminei, but parking 🅿 is not always easy on via Emilio Scaglione. Much more convenient is the Ⓜ Frullone metro station, a few steps from the hotel. Overall opinion largely positive.

Bad experience with the rapid swab and ruined holiday! I have never seen a machine of that kind and I immediately had the impression that they wanted to sell what was banal colored tin for gold. The result of the molecular test, being negative, then confirmed my feeling. In fact I spent 82 euros in vain and I lost another 50 euros for the visits already booked that I had to skip while waiting for the results. And luckily I have the Green pass for double vaccination!

Unfortunately I am part of the group to which the review I attach refers. The biologist who carried out the swabs is an exquisite person, unfortunately the results produced were terrible. As the icing on the cake, we were unable to report this situation which we consider very anomalous.. How many is the same thing happening to? What use can a rapid swab that detects 5 out of 12 positives, which then all test negative on the molecular test, be used? Our experience was very bad. We are a group of tourists, we took 12 quick swabs of which 5 tested positive. We immediately did the molecular swab on the 5 unfortunate people who then all tested negative. We have also collected other testimonies similar to ours in reference to this pharmacy.
