Historic pharmacy, totally degraded in its services and customer care. The staff: employees, disinterested. This pharmacy, although large and impressive, offers poor service. Tonight I send to buy some drugs, on a piece of paper I write in gigantic characters that I want the TALKING RECEIPT and I write the TAX CODE, but out of all kindness, they issue a normal receipt, without the tax code, so as not to allow the 19% deduction, perhaps on purpose, because it is unbelievable that professionals always do this. Nowadays, with all the pharmacies that deliver to home, fortunately, I have little or no use at this pharmacy that made the history of the Colli Aminei. What a disappointment. It's a shame, this pharmacy, in good hands, could be reborn, but not in architecture, as can be seen, but in human and professional value, which no longer exists! .

Very professional staff. In addition to the purchase of medicines, it is possible to find a department dedicated to beauty products on the first floor, while on the ground floor there is an area dedicated to food products also for athletes.

Recently renovated pharmacy, very nice, tidy but rude and incompetent staff, I witnessed a scene where two very young pharmacists while serving another customer (very elderly and a little dazed) laughed at him all the time, what a shame I've only lived a stone's throw away for a short time but never again in life

I went to this historic neighborhood pharmacy which evidently only retained the name of a great pharmacist, now no longer with us. I had to purchase some drugs and, at the same time, make a "refund" for the drugs with a medical prescription. They tell me that refunds are not given on Saturdays and Sundays (which is not true, because on Sunday 04/16/23 they did it to me without underlining anything). I explain that I work during the week and, at the same time, assist my invalid mother and that I can only carry out these tasks on Saturday mornings. Nothing, zero empathy, zero availability, lots of smiles. Never again!
