NHS in Italy: BETTER CURE THAN PREVENTION. And it's also more profitable. I find it truly absurd that a pharmacy charges DOUBLE for a COVID test than what you pay at the supermarket. Shameful. They should give them away or at least sell them at a more reasonable price. I'm speechless. At least there are pharmacies that do it, not this one! Let's avoid these places. Furthermore, they are unpleasant, don't begrudge me.

Really unpleasant, I persist in going there for convenience and I promptly regret it. Disorganized and irritating.

I order a drink, explaining to the owner who is serving me that it is for my mother and she tells me to come by in the afternoon. I come by at 6pm and he's not there. The young lady who helps says that it hasn't arrived and when I ask why she tells me that the supplier doesn't have it. I protest that they should have taken care of it and not tell me that they were now asking someone else and that I would have it tomorrow. Very bad. Only one pharmacist among all those who work there is saved for competence and courtesy. Let's leave the others alone.

Excellent pharmacy, I have been their customer for decades and before me, my parents. Very kind staff and always ready to help and give the right advice. Excellent service also for booking and collection. Competitive prices on over-the-counter and parapharmacy drugs. Irreplaceable!
