Incredible disorganization! Booked the fourth dose of vaccine for my mother at the end of July for the date of August 24th via the Region's website, we show up for the appointment (I purposely interrupt my holidays to come to Milan to accompany my mother) and the pharmacy is closed for holidays until until August 27th!!! Speechless, other people were also outside for the same reason and were left stunned. I call the Region to have explanations and they themselves tell me that they don't even know the reason and that they should have notified since the opening and availability calendars are given by the pharmacies themselves. You waste people's time, this is no way to work, we would have appreciated the warning. Luckily it is not our reference pharmacy, only now I read other absolutely negative comments. Never again!
