Friendly and smiling staff. Fast and precise service.
Bad experience, little professionalism. I went to the pharmacy to purchase some medicines for a very delicate intimate problem. The man who served me greatly embarrassed me towards the other customers by repeating my problem out loud several times. I will never go back there again.
I went for a nasal swab. A fairly robust man did it to me, he inserted the swab into my nose violently, hitting the bone hard and repeatedly. I felt a lot of pain. The next day I also got a small hematoma on my left nostril. I have had many swabs but never one so painful. I hope that this man no longer allows himself to hurt people. By the way, I'm a nurse and I know very well how to make swabs. Definitely not this way.
