I don't say everything I think just out of politeness. Courtesy, kindness and professionalism equal to 0.

Scene 1: I enter and the pharmacists don't even greet me, continuing to chat among themselves as if I were invisible. I wait for several minutes, but they finish the conversation (about their children's online education) before serving me, even though there are 2 of them behind the counter and there is no other customer in the pharmacy. Obviously the product I'm looking for isn't there, but they order it for the following day and so I'm "forced" to return. Scene 2: I return, I enter and the pharmacists (one was the same as the previous day) do not even greet me, continuing to FIGHT among themselves and with the only other customer present, who claimed to have called to cancel a reservation while it didn't appear to them. The tone is shameful, both between the two and with the customer in question (if I had been her I would have definitely left, but instead she stayed until one of the pharmacists admitted that it was their mistake). After we finish yelling at each other - literally -, I need one of the two. "Thank you" and "good morning" are not known terms in the pharmacy dictionary. I paid and left, I will never set foot there again.

It has happened to me several times that I enter and say hello and no one answers, they look at you as if you are bothering you and they serve you precisely because they are forced. Almost always the drugs aren't there and you have to go back. I happened to enter and the pharmacist was calmly chatting with her arms folded about this and that. I waited several minutes and left. I won't go back there again. Rude and not professional at all. Absolutely to avoid

The worst pharmacy I've been to, I don't even greet them. I ask for a post-tattoo cream with the air of not wanting to do anything and my voice very annoyed by my request. Strongly not recommended

Despite what I read, in addition to what I am looking for, I have always found courtesy. Maybe I'm nice even when I'm not well :-) It is not the modern megapharmacy where you find everything, but due to the space it occupies, this historic structure has always provided its service to the inhabitants of Tiezzo and Corva.
