Pharmacy always well stocked, but a smile or a word of courtesy from the lady wouldn't hurt...

This morning, I went to swab an elderly person. I had to ring the bell three times before anyone showed up and then I had to wait well over the expected fifteen minutes to get the result. In total I waited, with the elderly lady, 50 minutes. Naturally outdoors. Having snowed last night at Campo de Fiori, the air was freezing.

Unfortunately they have become really expensive (piercing your ears there costs 25 euros!) and even if you have a prescription with a simple writing error they give you the drug at full price (instead of explaining to you that if you change the wording on the 'binding, you are entitled to exemption) It seems to me that now they just want to get rich without helping the patient I really don't recommend it

I went to get a swab today at 5.50pm. I was told they didn't have time today. I came in and explained why I needed to do it today and not tomorrow. I was arrogantly told that they didn't have time (2/3 customers in the pharmacy....). I will never buy a box of aspirin from them again. Other than serving the citizen..... Thanks anyway.
