I had decided to start using this pharmacy in April. I showed up in person and purchased several parapharmaceuticals. I left my contact details and tax code and asked if I could order by phone for further purchases. I did this once and this morning however, since the amount was more important, the person who served me did not have confidence in having the requested products arrive. Yet I was a customer who at other times regularly ordered, paid and collected. Evidently they are not interested in important orders that I had collected from some friends since I had been given a 10% discount. I am unable to build customer loyalty so I will take my orders and those of other customers elsewhere.
Very kind and I never wait in a long queue. They recommend excellent products. After 37 years they recommended an iron that I can assimilate!!!
Not very available. Customer relationships should improve. You almost never find what you are looking for.
