I have been a regular customer for many years for the purchase of gluten-free products and I am satisfied with the wide choice of products. But lately due to staff cuts the department is almost empty, today after half an hour of waiting I gave up and bought elsewhere. They probably already earned enough to snub customers.

Friendly and efficient staff. Ready to satisfy every request. I sent a friend to buy gluten-free products and he told me that he found a well-stocked department. Optimal!!

Pure passion in what they do, commitment, customer orientation, attention, kindness, S O R R I S O. Fast, organised, Fast and Organized and they are very fast and organised😉 !!!! .I promised a review after about 10 swabs and here I am. I have never happened to enter the pharmacy with a smile and although I do it for the paid swab every 2/3 days, I can assure you that it is a pleasure for me to return !! Congratulations Congratulations Congratulations you are an example of organisation, kindness and professionalism out of the ordinary which is always a pleasure to meet. (I have never given 5 stars in any of my reviews) I won't add that without a reservation with a waiting queue they never say no and they succeed to manage a lot of people in this period where almost all pharmacies send you home if you haven't booked...well done and thank you!

I discovered this pharmacy by chance because a friend of mine and her husband had already gone twice to get swabs done and they found it well and advised me to go to this pharmacy. I also confirm that I found myself very well with the very kind, polite and competent staff. I advise you to call to book the swab so as soon as you arrive you go to the cashier, pay and queue inside while those who don't book arrive pay at the cashier but have to go outside and queue. The girl who swabs you is very, very delicate. The pharmacy is very very large.

Available, kind, very well equipped. I needed an urgent swab, I went to several places, but only on Saturday afternoon, even without booking they were very kind. Furthermore, the welcome was nice, a special waiting room (not in the street in the queue), very good girls.
