I had a scheduled reservation for one of the services offered, when I arrived on site I was told that it was not possible to make it. Having all the contacts, I think it is not difficult to notify the cancellation rather than waiting for the customer to arrive at the office. Zero seriousness.

The pharmacy is well stocked. There's no doubt about this at all. But the rudeness of the staff (not all) is commonplace. And I'm not saying this for just one specific episode, but for several separate cases. (Not all) there are some quite arrogant employees. Once she refused to take a swab and reacted very rudely instead of explaining that the time for the swabs was not that, treating her like a rag: "I don't do the swab, come back later" (no one was forcing her) . Today, however, I call to find out if a drug is available in the store, and instead of politely telling me to call back later, in a very abrupt and rude way I am told to call "in 5 minutes while he is still putting on his lab coat". These things, gentlemen, are the typical attitudes of those who don't want to work and of those who think they are at home and not in a pharmacy. I'm sorry, but despite being a great customer, I've lost the desire to buy from you.

Well-stocked pharmacy, convenient thanks to the large car park and open until midnight. The pharmacists are really good and prepared, it has become my trusted pharmacy!
