Well-stocked pharmacy but in the three times I went I never found what I needed. A great convenience are the opening hours 8am-8pm all week except Sunday which is only open in the morning.

A long-standing customer for many years, I have always appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff at this pharmacy. For this reason I was deeply shocked and disconcerted by the behavior of a new Employee who, when I phoned a few days ago to ask for information on the availability of some drugs, replied that she had to check and wait, leaving me on the line for around 15 minutes during the who, instead of carrying out the declared verification, chatted calmly with a customer about topics that had nothing to do with information or the sale of drugs, and which I was able to listen to in full, given that the phone call had been left on the line without any background music. After such a vain wait, I ended the phone call and called back, and the same employee answered, without even apologizing, admitting hastily and in an annoyed tone that she had forgotten the phone call on the line only after my insistence on investigating the matter further, alleging, in an attempt to minimize what happened, the motivation that they had particularly to do that day. And when I pointed out that it had been a long conversation about theater and not about drugs, as I had been able to hear during the prolonged telephone wait, I was told that the various tasks also included maintaining good relationships with customers. Yet, precisely in the interaction with the writer, he gave a demonstration of diametrically opposite content. It certainly wasn't a pleasant experience, especially at a time when I needed to quickly purchase medicines for a health problem.

I found impeccable courtesy and professionalism, combined with an uncommon ability to listen to the patient and also to make suggestions. The facility for carrying out the Covid test which operates until 7pm is very convenient in the area.

The Istria pharmacy is safe. Always open, from eight in the morning to eight in the evening, also open on Sundays and the staff is always kind and extremely competent and scrupulous. I happened to listen to customers with the strangest requests, and the very patient and focused pharmacists do their utmost to solve their problems.
