I parked in front of the pharmacy to make purchases in that pharmacy, I was threatened by an individual in a green coat telling me that the parking lot belongs to the pharmacy... to avoid
Zero humanity... especially from the pharmacist lady, who at my request for an antibiotic, without a prescription due to my non-residence in Rome, looked badly at the sachet I had from another pharmacy (where unfortunately they didn't have my antibiotic) and whispered to his colleague "forget it, no one will ever give it to him... can't you see he's already tried elsewhere". My darling, you sell medicines, not drugs!
Always very friendly and professional. They facilitated home delivery via a rider sent by me and they were exceptional.
Everything you take for granted here isn't... give your tax code before putting money on the counter, otherwise the answer will be "too late!", even if you are the only customer.
Rude to say the least.
