Avoid this pharmacy. Zero professionalism. They recommend homeopathic products to people who are really sick, rather than medicines.

Pharmacy with CUP service, I go to them to book some laboratory tests, the pharmacist who serves me initially tells me that the cup service is not active, pointing out that however it is on the list of cups in Milan, he tells me that he is unable to use the booking portal and that the colleague capable of using it was absent. She tells me I can book the visits myself and I do! Afterwards I ask him to at least read the recipes in order to find the sterile containers for collecting the requested samples, he reluctantly reads something, sells me some containers and leaves me. I am finally able to go to the laboratory to do the tests, it's a shame that the sterile containers I bought from them were not the ones requested and so I couldn't do the tests and will have to do everything again.

The seriousness and professionalism of a Pharmacist are obviously not even in question. Here I also found availability, courtesy and empathy. I know it's easier to review a restaurant but, as of today, it's my favorite pharmacy. Francis
