Calling it a pharmacy is an understatement. The competence, kindness and sincere advice make this place a holistic point of reference. In the classic pharmacy, those behind the counter simply move their arm towards the shelves to take medicines, without investigating the customer's problem in 360 degrees. In this pharmacy people are listened to. Their needs, individuality and personal history. You feel understood. I can't go to other places anymore.

5 stars are very few to be able to review this pharmacy! My family and I tested positive for Covid, we sought support from the doctors who work there, precisely because their healing approach was often congenial to us. We followed their therapy and we are fine, actually, honestly, we were always fine until we became negative. Some have labeled this as "luck", but we chose on our own initiative to ask them to help us, when others suggested the famous "watchful waiting". Finally, it is necessary to thank the staff for their humanity, affability and kindness. It's not something to be taken for granted, on the contrary, yet it helped us a lot and reassured us!!!

I bought a plant essence that I know well. They packaged it on site: very watered down, almost tasteless, almost colourless. All this after an interminable wait. Much better to buy the product already packaged by a serious company. First and last time I set foot there.

In this pharmacy I found some very knowledgeable doctors also in the field of homeopathy and the "most natural remedies", they were able to give me the right indications and the right support. Competence and courtesy, first place.
