Today I had a scalp visit (a service made available free of charge by the pharmacy) the doctor whose name I don't remember really prepares! And the assistant Alessandra is really kind and very helpful! They helped me solve problems I couldn't get out of!! With a “moment”!! Thanks again and see you next time!!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Alessandra is fantastic, especially when she transforms me from an ugly duckling into a princess... thanks to the days dedicated to makeup and the promotion of facial products.

One star because I can't do otherwise. Absolutely negative experience, rude, incompetent, unqualified staff. I had asked for NON AD GARZE, they didn't know what they were. I reformulated asking for NON-STICK GAUZES and they replied "if anything, STICK". I no longer knew how to make people understand, so I specified even more by asking for the paraffin ones. They didn't know what it was at all. They gave me non-woven gauze, which was the opposite of what I was looking for. Never again in this pharmacy.

I called 3 minutes before closing and a very rude woman answered and said - ma'am we are closing - and she hung up with - please - as if she had done me a favour. In 3 minutes he would have easily placed my order for the medicines. I say this for the owners, because these employees ruin the image of a business. Anyway I will order online rather than turning to certain figures.
