I actually went to the Marzotto pharmacy to buy a medicine for my dog. Pharmacies usually almost never have medicines for animals. It seemed strange to hear me say yes we have it on the phone. The doctor was very kind and very helpful. Thank you.

Wrong hours, closed on Sunday morning. At least update the timetables to avoid people getting in the way and wasting time

Pharmacy that doesn't respect closing times, terrible service!!! It arrived 5 minutes before closing due to an emergency and in addition to having already closed the door they wouldn't let you access the service making excuses that the tills were closed automatically! Terrible!

I read the comments and I was left speechless by some so I decided to have my say. PROFESSIONAL. They always know how to help you if you have a doubt or problem and advise you in every situation. COURTEOUS AND POLITE: They are willing to listen to you and understand every need, they recommend different products depending on what they read in the recipes or what you have expressed but they do not force you to buy anything and they do so only when they believe that there is a need for additional support with antibiotics or ongoing therapies. They take the time and know their customers there. ATTENTION: they send you something, answer the phone and also support you with explanations of what doctors write or say. If you don't remember what you bought previously, they can tell you and if they have multiple compatible products, they'll tell you the prices and features of all of them, then you choose. PARKING: ONLY FLAWS BECAUSE IT IS VERY SMALL. but despite this, for years I have only been going to them even if I live far away I prefer it precisely because I have seen the deffwtence and I am always treated well by them.

Warning: they do everything they can to avoid, with various excuses, giving the customer who requests it the generic drug, it happened to me with a generic that costs €3.75. I recently needed a prescription and so I was informed that since they are 600 mg pills, they can give 400 mg ones without a prescription. Knowing that there are also packs of 400 with 30 generic pills, I accept the 400mg. I am presented with the branded pack of 400 for €9.50 of 12 tablets (this means that 30 like the generic would cost €23.75). When I returned home I had the doctor write the prescription, I brought back the branded packaging and I took the generic 600 at a cost of €3.72, saving €20. Be careful because we have to make these people understand that we are not fools with an alarm clock around our necks. Furthermore, when I had the brand one changed, they told me other antics about the reasons for what happened. There are other pharmacies with a more serious service where there is more than just profit. What do they earn on a generic? Little. And on a brand? TOO . WHAT DO YOU THINK THEY GIVE YOU IF THEY CAN?
