Modern and shiny pharmacy that does not reflect the character of the staff inside. I went there once to get tested for Covid, the staff treats you as if you were a nuisance. If you ask to pay in advance so that you can then leave as soon as you have the result, they look at you badly with obvious confusion and disbelief, as if you were asking to have something as a gift. Snobbish and snobbish, apparently he hates working, or maybe he simply doesn't like them regardless of everyone who takes a swab. They are also slow to serve normal customers, as I saw while waiting in line.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The doctors are fantastic, friendly and caring.

Very well trained pharmacists, many of them nice and kind.. if you are honest they really help you a lot (thank you for all the times). Compliment these pharmacists ♥️ Sebastian (Alice)

Today I called to ask for information about a prescription, I was answered rudely, raising my voice and treating me like a drug addict who goes around the pharmacies to get medicines without a prescription. I said I was upset by the response and the reaction was to raise my voice further. I started crying and the pharmacist hung up on me. It's a shame because it was my go-to pharmacy...

Completely renovated pharmacy, and in a truly pleasant way. Functional in the interior, easy as a service at the counter and really convenient as a logistical arrangement of both over-the-counter medicines and personal care and beauty products which find optimal arrangement and placement and always with the advice and assistance of the staff. Without a doubt the favorite pharmacy among all those in the surrounding area. As always, very well conducted by the Manager, Doctor Elisabetta, who has the skill, ability and fortune to manage a nevertheless courteous and helpful team. Personally I find one flaw (unique but significant): the continuous rotation of staff. I think I'm not wrong when I say that a relationship that is both professional and trustful is created between customers and "owner" pharmacists, thus stopping the aforementioned Manager and a few (one, two...) other Doctors, always present, why not definitively maintain a single and stable staff? This is the only reason why I give 4 stars and not 5.
