I went to the pharmacy and the doctor, after having let me pass a lot of people who came after me, thought better of taking my blood pressure as she didn't want to... and since I couldn't stand up, I had to leave. .nice professionalism

Always rude and unsympathetic staff

After several days of unsuccessful phone calls to try to book a swab because the only pharmacy on duty to perform them, I managed to get on the line through the administration channel four days before the requested date. Considering the high turnout, I was told that without an appointment there is no availability even when queuing. The moment I pointed out that it is difficult for those who are at home to get through to the line even if they try several times a day, I had the phone thrown in my face. I have never been to this pharmacy and I don't think I ever will thanks to the presence of others with much higher customer service than that perceived in this brief albeit unpleasant experience
