Terrible service. Don't bother going there if you don't speak italian or know exactly what brand of medicine you need. When asked at the counter for antiseptic cream I was given a cream for contact dermatitis. I applied the cream after coming back from the pharmacy and it started burning my wound....quick Google search revealed that they gave me the wrong cream. I came back to the pharmacy to get the right cream and they refused to replace it to the correct one because I opened it. It was their mistake. I never imagined I have to double check a professional pharmacist.

Incredibly rude staff. I was browsing some items and instead of asking if I needed help, I was told “not to open anything.” What? Terrible customer service and extremely limited selection. Would never shop here again, even in a pinch. Unkempt shelves, items were strewn about.

Product purchased a couple of days before and perfectly preserved. Unopened and with tax receipt attached. They refused to change the product or make an exchange, making excuses about conservation. They could have, but they didn't want to. I preferred to leave it alone. But the reviews on this pharmacy speak for themselves. I won't add anything else

I went to this pharmacy to purchase medicines and book a visit to the ASL. Well, AFTER paying for the drugs, they told me that to book the visit I would have to wait and give priority to other customers who were purchasing. Perplexed, I waited but when I saw myself being passed over by the third customer I expressed my disappointment by saying that it would have been correct for them to inform me BEFORE purchasing of their decision to make me wait for the reservation. If I had known before I would not have purchased anything and would have gone to another pharmacy for both requests. Having said that, since they were not at all concerned about my observations, I had to go, however, to another pharmacy, crowded with customers, where, obviously, I did not have such a rude and venal welcome and, on my turn, they made the requested reservation with calm cordiality.

I've had diarrhea for three days, so I bought some anti-diarrhoea medicine while waiting for the bus.
