Reference point for the inhabitants of Santa Maria and the nearby surrounding marinas. Professionalism, availability and courtesy distinguish them in their work. Also open on Sundays. But what more do you want?

THIEVES 8.20 Euros for a box of 100% organic 16p cotton tampons which cost more or less 4 Euros anywhere else in Italy is called stealing people's basic necessities. Shame on you!

Always open. Seven days out of seven. It is located in S. Maria al Bagno, Nardò marina. Reference point for tourists and beyond. Friendly and helpful staff

Rude staff and strongly interested in profit rather than assistance: you are not a patient to be treated but a customer to sell to. Unfortunately, we must keep in mind that, except in rare cases, pharmacies are commercial businesses with a profit motive and not places where you can turn to professionals who care about your health and that pharmacists have now become sales clerks rather than doctors faithful to the Hippocratic Oath. Their rudeness and indifference is evident (to get an idea without having been there directly, just read the sufficiency with which they respond to negative reviews). The only reasons why this pharmacy still has customers are the lack of alternatives in the town (tourist side) and some friendships with some old or naive local (local population side).

Humanly unprofessional, poor organization in management. Yesterday I went to this pharmacy and for the shift I had to wait outside in line (without any organization on the part of the pharmacy itself, perhaps with a number given the wait on the main street where the cars whiz by). This creates a lot of confusion because when you are on the street you don't understand whether you are in line or not. The dispute you are referring to occurred for this reason and in your exercise. No one was able to manage the situation both professionally and humanely or intervened to calm things down. Given that an 80-year-old gentleman together with his wife, was ranting 10 cm from my face, just because I had pointed out to him that there was a queue to respect and I was before him. It is certainly not my habit to argue with other customers in the pharmacy over my personal issues. And I certainly don't accuse the pharmacy of a customer's rudeness, but of indifference when seeing a girl in difficulty. On the contrary, in the other pharmacies that I usually frequent, the queuing issue is managed differently and with organisation.
