I add my experience to the rating given previously, in order to justify it. I went to the pharmacy a few weeks ago for a burn injury. I was very hastily prescribed a medicinal cream which not only did not help, but also aggravated the situation. I was also told not to cover the wound in any way, saying that if covered it would get infected. After a few days, seeing that the situation had worsened, I went to another pharmacy, where I was told that the cream you prescribed was not used to treat the wound, but only to relieve the pain. They also wanted to observe the wound, check that the cream they then recommended was suitable for my case and they also recommended that I cover it, as the burn is an open wound and must be covered with at least gauze. Within two days the burn was almost healed. It could be an isolated case, but if next time he dedicated a moment more to customer care (the pharmacy was empty, there was no queue), perhaps it would have gone differently. However, I appreciate your interest in the review.

Very friendly staff. The doctor who swabbed me this morning was very kind and very delicate. I recommend it.. a few extra steps but it's worth it.

They never have anything. Every time I need something they have to have it delivered. Instead of keeping all those beauty creams they would be better off keeping more drugs. If not.... Let them open a beauty salon. I will never go there again.
