I live around this but i don’t think i will go ever this place i gone today to get medication the scripted for me but when i asked how can use it the lady pharmacist never respond as she living saying ciao ciao it was so annoying coz i saw the customer before me she was giving instructions at least 10min if you do classification for your customers you should write your door you are not welcome here i will not come
Want to work...... jump on me. I needed medicines and I had an elderly lady in front of me. There was only one clerk and his colleague in the back. The clerk put in all his good will to drag it out, just to find a medicine for the elderly lady. I'm not telling you to get the receipt, in the meantime she was talking to the colleague at the back saying that we need more staff, always slowly (and the queue behind me was growing). It takes a lot of patience, but for the customers.
A prescription had expired 1 day ago and the "urgent" drug for a dialysis patient needed the same day. It was Saturday, so the GP obviously couldn't be reached to get a new prescription. Given that I didn't have any suggestions on the matter from the Pharmacist but, on the contrary, she was immediately rude and "cold in her ways", I had to suggest that I would bring a new prescription from the dialysis center once I had it in my possession. Since I was asking for a therapy drug and not an anti-cellulite cream, I would ask for a minimum of empathy and help. Furthermore, supported by an absolutely incompetent and unprepared collaborator (I don't know if he is a pharmacist). To be avoided
I went to this pharmacy, with a prescription for medicines issued directly by a specialist doctor in a hospital. They didn't give me the medicines I asked for. Totally negative experience.
Very friendly staff, well stocked and if you don't find the product, order quickly 👍
