Approximate. Errors in giving instructions on recipes. They basically told me that the drug was out of print and that I would have to refill the prescription. Which I did only to discover that the first recipe was fine.

Absolutely negative, incompetent, rude and not at all helpful staff. They wanted to make a disabled person pay the ticket even though he had a prescription with C02 exemption. Code C02 (ex IC14) identifies civilian disabled people with accompanying allowance (ex art.6 DM 1.2.1991). For these patients, total exemption is provided for all specialist outpatient services included in the essential levels of assistance (LEA). They did not want to inquire despite the requests of the patient who had to go to another pharmacy where she obtained the drugs for free. I will report this to the ASL
