chatting on the phone is more important than focusing on treating customers correctly and without errors
Friendly staff apart from one customer who just heard that I had to take a swab disgusted me and moved away as if I had the plague! The doctor who performed the test was a bit harsh and it hurt. I understand that carrying out swabs every day is hard, but we shouldn't blame customers who undergo swabs to go to work.
We have been customers of this pharmacy for several years and we have always had a very good experience. The staff has always been helpful, attentive and kind, trying to quickly resolve the problems that have sometimes arisen. Even during this period, despite being overwhelmed with swabs to carry out and queues of customers, the staff remains patient and friendly.
I went to the Lloyds pharmacy in Vle Abruzzi on Saturday morning to print a green pass. There was a queue and they told me to come back in the afternoon. No problem. I go to the pharmacy again in the afternoon. They tell me they can't print it because the staff is overwhelmed due to the swabs. I understand very well and get in line to wait patiently. When my turn comes in the pharmacy purchasing line I have to put up with a useless controversy. I'm told: "But can't you download it yourself? Can't you go to another pharmacy?" Unfortunately I don't have a printer and I don't have a smartphone. A clear and concise communication this morning would have been enough: "We're sorry but we are unable to help you at this time!" This would have been a good service! In the end they printed the green pass for me. Moral: 2 minutes on the clock for the printing of the green pass and 10 for the controversy... if they do this with everyone I understand why they are overloaded!!!
The professionalism of the pharmacy is unbeatable. Working in the area, one day I needed a medicine and I went to the first nearby pharmacy. I have been going to them for two years now as professionalism and availability are highly appreciated values after an intense day of work.
