Until a few months ago it was our point of reference. The staff is always friendly and well-prepared, but lately there are sales assistants who are unprepared, hesitant and not at all competent. My partner, a regular customer, was unable to deduct 20 euros of accumulated vouchers, sending her to download them for her next purchase. Too bad the voucher expired in the meantime and he was no longer able to use it.

Pharmacists are not pharmacists, they are rude. Sunday, August 1, 2021: The shop can accommodate 6 people. I enter and in front of me there was someone they were serving. Two others enter after me, one of which is a companion. The shop assistant/doctor rudely throws me out saying that the shop could hold 2 people. I go out and read the sign again: the shop can accommodate 6 people. Very amiable, unique in this pharmacy, the doctor with glasses, professional and always ready to give wise suggestions. I wish him all the best.

Incompetent and scammers. They will try to sell you the most expensive products and lie to you about the price of renting medical devices. If you care about your health and your wallet, stay away!
