Farmacia Rembrandt

Spread the words, I came across to this pharmacy with staff/pharmacist so courteous and professional in dealing with the client. They always see to it that you will have and get what you need and came for regarding medicines etc.. and advices as well. Thumbs up..

More than a pharmacy, a snobbish shop selling cosmetics or dietary products for rich people. There are no drugs for mere mortals! Pharmacists who look at you bored or disgusted if you ask for a tachypirin... If I could I would give ZERO

I have tried to buy in this pharmacy several times, they never have anything, you always have to wait for the medicine for the next day. With the exception of a very kind doctor, all the pharmacists are rude and rude. Never a hello. They never answer the phone and if they answer it is always when they have a queue. Poorly equipped for children.

I often went there mostly for convenience with my home/work commute. Staff generally cold, not rude but... being a pharmacy you expect at least a different way of doing things from that of a fishmonger. Many drugs, even basic ones, were often out of stock or to be ordered. But after the episode of the young pharmacist with black hair who threw (!!!!!!) one of my white prescriptions at me, claiming that it was 'a photocopy' - but on the prescription there were the details of my NHS doctor , including the region code and telephone numbers - I never set foot there again. If it is legitimate to have a doubt about a prescription, you can always contact the doctor who issued it (perhaps with a minimum of discretion): episode of unspeakable rudeness, in other work contexts this type of behavior would cause a formal warning - at least ... - from your employer. Neither I nor my family/acquaintances/friends will ever set foot in it again. Last detail: claiming that generic paracetamol is less effective than the related commercial drug (Tachipirina) due to an alleged 'better production process' is unscrupulously false and serious information.
