Today Sunday 21 April at 10.30 am I went to the pharmacy to measure my blood pressure after pacemaker implantation. However, the young lady on duty refused, telling me "I'm alone, I can't do it, you do it"! There was none customer. And I left.. I'm very sorry.
Always grateful for the kindness and professionalism of the staff, a great help for me recently in some difficult months... Thank you!
Staff completely lacking in empathy and rude when you say hello they don't even answer you. It is not well stocked and also, unlike what most pharmacies do, there is never any product on offer. I go there rarely and only because the pharmacy is close to my home. Just today Sunday 4 June 2023 another unpleasant episode I consult Google I also go to the pharmacy website where it says that the pharmacy opens at 8.30 in the morning when I arrive at 8.45 the shutters were up but the doors were closed even though there was of the staff inside I look at the noticeboard of the pharmacies on duty and there too it says that the opening would be at 8.30 then I notice that on the window near the door it was written that the opening would be at 9. 00. I wait a quarter of an hour and when I enter I point out the discrepancy to the pharmacist who replies with a very annoyed look that they have already communicated the time change to the Local Health Authority that Google is not reliable but it is very reliable just change the availability further evidence of rudeness because she didn't even apologize. I will never go back there again
Open every day of the year! Thank you because you saved me this summer on a Sunday with the little girl who had a fever of 40!!!
Excellent pharmacy, well stocked and with affordable prices. Courteous and helpful staff. I will definitely return.
