You can often find products on offer, there is also a people scale at a cost of €0.50 The pharmacists are always very helpful and approachable, if they don't have something they can order it There is also a loyalty card

This pharmacy is a bit of a point of reference for the neighborhood, the fairly long opening hours make it reliable (and when it's closed, sometimes the only other pharmacy in the neighborhood is open). The staff is kind and qualified, never had any kind of problem, the queues that may arise due to the greater turnout at certain times are cleared up quite quickly.

They have never shone in kindness and punctuality, but this time they have hit rock bottom... Following a quick swab, I noticed a discrepancy between the time of the receipt showing the COI count and the time of the test execution. The receipt showed a time approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes earlier than the time I took the test. Fearing a mistake or mix-up (you can make a mistake, it can happen to anyone), I immediately called, but I had to wait a day (call back tomorrow, was the answer) to be told the next day what my problem was... My problem is that if I carry out a diagnostic test, which affects a person's social and working life for several days, I expect the clarity and precision of the case. We are not talking about the receipt for a packet of sweets, but about an official document... Luckily there are other pharmacies in the area...

Well-stocked pharmacy. They know how to advise. Recommended. Even the cosmetics department works well.

Every morning that I went to this pharmacy in the morning they always have the terminals blocked and prevent potential customers from being able to purchase... suggesting long waits at the checkout or withdrawing from the purchase. In some circumstances in the morning they don't open at 08:30 as stated but show up 10 or 15 minutes late. The Dr. Sergio is splendid but the disservice of his supervisors is evident. In serious and organized pharmacies the staff on duty shows up for work at 08:00, immediately activating the computers and at 08:30 they are ready to provide service to customers. You are good, kind and courteous and very well equipped. The only kindness I ask of you is to be ready to serve your customers at 8.30 in the morning. Thanks and good job I wanted to increase the stars from 1 to 4 but the system doesn't allow it. 4 star rating... the only flaw is the service in the morning!
